This guide explains the types of letters/documents students can request, the requirements, submission methods, fees, and collection options.

Request Types
1. Application for Travel Visa Letter
Students may request a travel visa support letter if they meet the following requirements.

Requirements

Student must: 
  1. Travel only during semester break
  2. Maintain good attendance
Information Required:
  1. Travel Destination
  2. Travel Period
2. Application for progress report
Students may request an official progress report for academic or personal purposes.

3. Application for Letter of Enrolment
Students may request an official Letter of Enrolment as a proof of their student status. 

4. Letter for opening a bank account
Students may request a letter to support opening a bank account in Singapore.

Information Required
  1. Students must indicate their preferred bank:
          (DBS, OCBC, UOB, Others (Please Specify)
  1. Local home address
Request Process

Step 1 - Submit Student Request form
Students may submit the request form using either method below:

Option 1 - Online Submission
Request the form, complete and submit via mail.
Option 2 - Physical Submission
Submit a hardcopy of the completed form at the school reception

Step 2 - Make Payment
Processing will begin only after payment is received.

Standard Processing : SGD 10.90 - Ready within 3 working days
Express Processing : SGD 32.70 - Ready by next working day

***There is no charge for letters for opening a bank account for new students***
